Great breakfast with fast, friendly service and large amounts of food! Warning: if you order the Biscuits and gravy in the "full" plate, you will get 3 GIANT biscuits and half a plate of hash browns as my son-in-law discovered, and he ate it all!! All our food was great. Prices comparable to other sit down pancake houses.

They were busy. Great service. Talk about a team effort. Food is tasty and fresh. I honestly think this is the best all around place I've ever eaten at.

We fancied a nice and easy breakfast, that was inexpensive and all American. We found it, and easy stop with plenty of choice. We walked straight in, got served immediately and had a cup of coffee waiting for us. We ordered a variety and it all came within 10 mins fresh and hot. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, it was delicious and inexpensive. We loved it!5/5!

We stopped at this place as a group of 12 and Maddie's accommdated us within 30 minutes. My wife had a Monte cristo and I had Mary's omelet are both very delicious. A bathrooms are really clean up the wait staff was quick for the group of 12 and we all had our food within 20 minutes after getting seated. Everyone had positive comments were positive about their meals. Great place to stop and eat.

We came in with a group of 9, mid-morning on a Wednesday. There was a wait but it was not bad at all, maybe 15 minutes. Between us we had a variety of omelettes, pancakes, and chicken strips. Everything was great, plenty to eat and the service was friendly and prompt. Less than $100 without tip! Highly recommend going here.

Delicious food! Friendly service! I had the chicken fried steak breakfast and it was tasty, served hot, and generous portions. Service was quick, especially considering how busy they were. There was a bit of a wait for a table, but well worth it. Definitely the place to go for breakfast in Brookings!

Homemade breakfast at just the right portion size, not too much, but not too little. On weekends, there may be a short wait, restaurant is small. After ordering though, the food comes up amazingly quick! ( I have been a waitress for 30 years)I ALWAYS get great service,which is extremely hard to find these days. Fair prices. Convenient location, right off 101, easy to get off, and easy to jump back on the highway. Lots of parking.Just a really good little breakfast joint, they close at 2:00 P.M. daily 👍🌟👍

We came in a Sunday morning before we started our long drive home, and the restaurant was filled! Clearly a local favorite for breakfast, but we got seated within 5 minutes of waiting which was great. I ordered strawberry crepes and the boyfriend got chicken fried steak. Both were yummy! Wished the crepes came with a side like hashbrowns or such though. Customer service was friendly and welcoming!

They wowed us right from the start. Super friendly people working very hard for you. They sat us immediately and we had our food in a few minutes. Sheri was our amazing server. We loved everything that we ordered. The pancakes are heavenly.

Very impressed my steak was perfect my hashbrowns were cooked exactly how I asked eggs perfect my wife's omelet was perfect our friends meals were perfect we were all very impressed and wowed. The service and response time was impeccable tables were very clean I highly recommend its the best little gem we were missing out on but not anymore.

Best hash browns ever!!! Looks like a hole in the wall place, but is nice inside, and the food is the greatest.

Always good food. Friendly fast employees. A go to food stop on any coastal trip. We always make time to stop here.

GREAT TOWN DINER - Quick & tasty breakfast at a reasonable price. I was very impressed. Only complaint is the sloping countertop at the counter & how close we had to sit. But, it's a busy place (even on Tuesday); I can appreciate they're trying to get as many as possible seated & fed.

Good little breakfast diner. Went recently and had the chocolate chip pancakes, which were good but the chips were on top instead of inside. Might opt for plain pancakes next time but otherwise it was a lovely option on the Oregon Coast. Friendly service and solid breakfast classics.

Lord have mercey this place has the best breakfast for 100 miles. If you are thinking about stopping some place nearby just dont. Its worth the weight to eat at this place. The portions was gigantic for both of us and the missus was pleased as punch and shes a hard critic and the best cook you ever gonna meet. I do recommend this place and we are coming back on our way back down the coast.

The friendliest service in town and fast as you could want. Delicious food made even tastier by the affordable price tag. A party of two can drown themselves in breakfast food for under $30 (with tip!) Would (and will) visit again.

Good breakfast house if your on the road. Lots (big portions) and fast service at a reasonable price. Can get crowded.

Tiny, friendly, pretty good service. Lingonberry crepes were oddly thick and spongy, drowning in a vat of butter, and had little berry flavor. A menu item described only as 'cheese curds' turned out to be highly spiced and deep-fried – might be nice with a cold beer to wash it down, but no go for a vegetarian on the road, desperately searching for breakfast protein.

The food was very good as was the service.

If you have ever traveled to old town Williamsburg then you will love it. Coffee a little on the light side and my potatoes needed to be cooked slowly to crisp. Enough to split the Omlette. Biscuits are great. Quaint and clean. Had Stevia for my coffee. I guess it's the place for locals until the tourist show up in the summer.

The crab omelette was awesome. Large pieces of fresh crab! The chocolate chip pancakes were good.

Solid breakfast, super fast service. I got the Mattie's breakfast sandwich, husband got the farmer's omelette. Huge portions on the omelette. Breakfast sandwich was surprisingly good, with a nice crunchy English muffin, huge piece of ham, and gooey cheese. For a basic order there, they hit it out of the park!Farmer's omelette had three types of meat, including crunchy, perfectly cooked bacon chunks. Hash Browns mixed in was a great touch. We also split an order of the lingonberry butter crepes. Good, not great. A little overcooked in my opinion. Syrup was not included, but if you ask for it, they have two types they can bring you. Some fun car themed decor, but no big ambiance. Just a good, down home breakfast!

The breakfast's are huge & delicious! I love the corned beef hash & hashbrowns! Big sandwiches & salads for lunch, yummmmmm!

Probably the best breakfast I've had other than what I cook. That sounds egotistical but I know exactly how I like my food. They cooked everything completely to my perfection. Best tasting bacon hash browns were phenomenal excellent coffee service was perfect and it wasn't too loud! Prices incredibly reasonable easy to find location on the corner of 101. Recommended always!

Cute little breakfast/lunch spot right off the highway. I tried the red,white and blue french toast. One of the best I've ever had. Also their strawberry lemonade is so refreshing !

Great, great breakfast. Wow, we want to keep going back, but not until next time we come to Brookings. Great service, too and the food was there before the coffee needed to be refilled, like 1 minute. My omelette and hash was perfecto. I looked up and my wife’s bacon, eggs and hash was gone. Thank you, Mattie.
